"You want to help me put your mother into the burial ground?" Andoria asked, not wanting to use the grave. God that word was word she didn't like.

Corina nodded, "Yes, I will."
She picked up her mother and said, "Mummy, you are so heavy, how will I get you to the burial ground if you are so big?"

Andoria cocked a brow before moving over to her. "Would you like help?" She asked.

"Yes please." Corina said, almost tripping, "Can I ask you something Andoria?"

"Hmm, what's that Corina?" She asked, moving to help her carry the woman towards the grave.

"Could you take care of me?" Corina said, help Andoria carry her to the grave, "I can't take care of myself."

"... I can take care of you hun, and teach you the ways of the wastes...."

"Thank you, Andoria." Corina said, as they came around to the grave Andoria dug.

Andoria nodded before she helped Corina slowly and gently set her mother into the grave. There was now another person Andoria could care for, eventually.

Before she knew it, Corina was hugging Andoria and saying, "Thank you Andoria."

"You're welcome dear," She responded before grabbing a handful of dirt. She might have eaten people but it didn't mean she hadn't taken up a new religion.
"Do you believe in God?" Andoria asked, looking over to Corina. Joshua Graham had taught her about god, and she had actually taken a liking to his believes, to the New Caaninites believes.

"Who?" Corina said, "Who is God? I never heard of anyone named 'God'."
Corina tilted her head to the side in curiosity.

"Heh, I'll have to take you to meet Joshua Graham," She said, grinning slightly.
"... When we die, our essence, our souls, go to god.... in a good place," She stated.

"What is a soul?" Corina replied, "I'm sorry for asking so many questions, Mummy said I was born to learn things."

"... Ah, well a soul is... hard to explain... think of it this way... It's part of your brain... that you can't see... it's what operates your brain, your body... everything... and when it's gone... your body dies..."

"Why does it go away?" Corina said, "If it stayed... Mummy wouldn't be dead..."

"Because the wastes, this world isn't the best of places... and God knows when our souls have had too much of this place and brings us to him... That way we can spend an eternity in a better place."

"I hope mummy went there." Corina said, "If it is better than here."

Andoria nodded.
"I'm sure she has," She replied before grabbing some dirt and moving to kneel next to the grave.
"You should grab a handful of dirt, it is only right to do so," She said before she let the dirt fall from her hand and onto the woman.

Corina nodded, picking picking up some dirt and dropping it on her mother.
"Why are we doing that?" Corina said, "Mummy would not like to get dirty."

"It is to help her soul completely leave... Sometimes the soul lingers around it's body..." Andoria responded, not knowing the true answer for it.
"It is also to help us say goodbye to your mother."

Corina nodded, "I understand. I don't want Mummy to stay, where there are things that could hurt her. But I miss Mummy."

Andoria nodded. Once they had put the dirt on her she grabbed the shovel.
"... Hey, can you grave that wooden cross over there?" She asked, pointing to the cross she had made for the woman.
"And do you know your mother's name?"
|
|
|

Corina nodded, getting the cross and saying, "Mummy's name is Joanna."

Andoria nodded before taking out a pocket knife and gently taking the cross away, Spelling her name out on the cross.
"Did you know your mommy's last name?"

"Mass." Corina said, smoothing out the dirt he mother was buried in, she wanted it to look all pretty for her mother, "M-a-s-s."

She nodded and wrote the last name on there before writing down beloved mother of Corina before slamming the post into the ground to make sure it stuck.
"There we go...." She said before looking to Corina.
"... Why don't we say a prayer?" She asked.

"A prayer?" Corina asked, "What is that?"

"Well, basically, it's asking god to help with something... What we should pray for is that he takes her soul to heaven," Andoria responded.

Corina nodded, "Can you help me? I have never prayed before."
